Things to Do

There are several trails around Aina Haina, and they are usually quiet and uncrowded. Wiliwilinui Ridge Hiking Trail provides some of the best views, with incredible vistas over Hanauma Bay, Diamond Head, and Pearl Harbor. The trail is dog-friendly and is suitable for mountain biking. The area traversed by the trail is teeming with wildlife, including 32 bird species.

Homes are close to the Kawaikui Beach Park and Wailupe Beach Park. The small sandy beach at Kawaikui Park is mostly used by fishermen and relaxing locals, and this quiet area is one of the best places on Oahu to see the sunrise. Wailupe Beach Park is also popular with fishermen, as the water remains shallow quite far from the shoreline. This also makes Wailupe more suitable for paddling and surfing than swimming or snorkeling.
